15 Day Full Refund Policy: The 15 day return period begins with the day your shipment is delivered counting as day one. Any returned prescription lenses are eligible for a 50% refund. 

  Orders of over $1000+ are subject to a 6% restocking fee unless at least one frame is purchased and kept.

Follow these simple steps for a prompt refund:

1. Pack eyewear in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the product - make sure the package is secure and the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.

2. Do not forget to include the original packing list/receipt. 

3. Once your return has been received in perfect condition, we will refund you with the price of the eyewear via the original payment method. Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt. 

We do not offer pre-paid shipping services for returned products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products sold as "imperfect" or labeled as "VINTAGE" are non-returnable items.

Certain brand frames are shipped with "Not Returnable If Removed" tags. These help to bring you quality selection and ensure your frames can be returned to us if deemed unfit for your needs.
