  • $70 - Basic Plastic (CR-39) is our most basic material. We recommend this lens for patients with low prescriptions due to the thickness and weight of CR-39. This lens has no shatter or scratch resistance.
  • $120 - Polycarbonate is the most common material used for patients. It is shatter & scratch resistant, and is lighter & thinner than plastic. We recommend this material for patients with a low to medium prescription.
  • $180 - Trivex is the newest material available on the market. This material is the most lightweight and provides the most clarity. We recommend this material for patients with a low to medium prescription.
  • $160 - High Index 1.67 is great for patients with a medium to medium-high prescription. This lens is about 20% thinner than polycarbonate.
  • $240 - High Index 1.74 is the absolute thinnest lens available anywhere. We recommend this lens to patients with a medium-high prescription to a high prescription. This lens is about 20% thinner than High Index 1.67.

Pupillary Distance

  • In order to make prescription lenses we need your pupillary distance (PD). This is the distance in millimeters from one eye pupil to the other. Some written prescriptions have this measurement marked down, if so please select "I know my Pupillary Distance" and enter the number below.
  • If you do not know or do not have this information please follow the instructions below to do a "PD Self Test"

PD Self Test:

  1. Take a credit card sized card and a camera/camera phone.
  2. Hold camera up to eye level and allow about 12-16 inches between your face and the lens.
  3. Place card on forehead
  4. Snap a picture
  5. Under Pupillary Distance select “Upload my PD Self Test”
  6. Upload photo (Please see example pictures below)

My Prescription

  • In order to produce prescription lenses we need a written prescription from your eye doctor. If you have a copy or a picture of your prescription please select "Upload my Prescription" to send us a copy.

  • If you would like us to call your eye doctor and obtain your prescription please select "Call my Doctor" and fill out the information form.
