The team at Good See have been so helpful. I have a wide face and low bridge. They have helped me order and return three pairs so far. My original Ovvo glasses have been great for probably 15-20 years. I was looking for a new look in an acetate, but the search continues. We are limited in retailers here in Hawaii that carry Masunaga, Matsuda, and Barton/Perreira, so have been trying find a pair that will fit without major modifications.

Exceptional experience with Good See Co. Sent my Masunaga Altus in for warranty repair, had a prepaid shipping label in hand the day before I needed it, and the repaired frames were back at my door within a week.

I have tried multiple frames with Good See Co, which unfortunately didn't work out for me. But every single time I called them with questions on my order they were extremely helpful. They back their frames are extremely kind. I would not have been able to find the frames that fit me from any other eyewear store online as their return and exchanges are usually limited.

Being that I now live in the San Francisco area, I can't regularly stop into the shop to try on and if you're like me, finding interesting frames to try on isn't easy. Also if you're like me, you scourer everywhere looking for ways to find and try on frames. Enter GoodSee's website. Hands down, the best in the industry and that includes the manufacturers. This is truly a one stop shop location with all the most interesting designs. I find their policies reasonable and easy to work with when purchasing expensive frames as I had no problems. Packaging and processes are easy. It's also nice to be able to call and speak with someone that knows the product. Also, the AI try on feature works great and is pretty close to dead accurate and again, much better than what I've found at any manufacturer. Overall, "the" location to go IMO.

I very much appreciate having the option to shop online for new frames and to be able to connect with a real person to ask questions and seek help in navigating the process. There is so much selection at GSC and I've ended up picking up a couple frames at this time( Moscot Fevel on the right and Salt Tiffany on the left). GSC was very easy to work with in exchanging and getting to the point where I was pleased with what I would be ordering. Some people can go with any shape and color, however that's not me and very thankful to have this option across so many styles and selections.
