All of our frames are guaranteed 100% authentic, and made with original premium quality and materials from their respective manufacturers. We stand by our frames and if you are unhappy with your frames we are happy to provide a full refund within the 15 day return and exchange window. Any return must be in brand new, unworn condition in order to qualify for a full refund. Any frame with wear/damage is subject to a restocking fee based on our discretion.
15 Day Refund Policy:
- Return period begins the day your shipment is delivered.
- Returned RX and custom lenses are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Orders of over $1000+ are subject to a 9% restocking fee if the full value of the purchase is returned or cancelled upon request after 48 hours.
- If purchasing 3 frames, at least 1 must be kept to avoid restocking fee of 9%.
- For every 4 frames purchased at least 2 must be kept to avoid restocking fee of 9%.

You will be responsible for return shipping and insuring the shipment.
NOTE: We do not offer pre-paid shipping services for returned products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products sold as "imperfect" or labeled as "VINTAGE" are non-returnable items. Returns sent after the 15 day window will be returned to sender.
Products purchased in store, are eligible for exchange only within 10 days. We do not provide refunds for in-store purchases.
