All of our frames are guaranteed 100% authentic, and made with original premium quality and materials from their respective manufacturers. We stand by our frames and if you are unhappy with your frames we are happy to provide a full refund within the 15 day return and exchange window. Any return must be in brand new, unworn condition in order to qualify for a full refund. Any frame with wear/damage is subject to a restocking fee based on our discretion. 

 15 Day Refund Policy:

    • Return period begins the day your shipment is delivered.
    • Returned RX and custom lenses are eligible for a 50% refund. 
    • Orders of over $1000+ are subject to a 9% restocking fee if the full value of the purchase is returned or cancelled upon request after 48 hours.
      • If purchasing 3 frames, at least 1 must be kept to avoid restocking fee of 9%.
      • For every 4 frames purchased at least 2 must be kept to avoid restocking fee of 9%.

You will be responsible for return shipping and insuring the shipment.

NOTE: We do not offer pre-paid shipping services for returned products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products sold as "imperfect" or labeled as "VINTAGE" are non-returnable items. Returns sent after the 15 day window will be returned to sender.

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

Products purchased in store, are eligible for exchange only within 10 days. We do not provide refunds for in-store purchases.
