We know it's not always love at first sight!

Not happy with your eyewear purchase for any reason? Follow the instructions below to exchange or return your frame so you can find something you love.

All of our frames are guaranteed 100% authentic, and made with original premium quality and materials from their respective manufacturers.

All eyewear includes a Manufacturer's Warranty between 1-2 years, or as listed on the product page.

We stand by our frames and if you are unhappy with your frames we are happy to provide a full refund for your online purchase within the 15 day return and exchange window. Any return must be in brand new, unworn condition in order to qualify for a full refund. Any frame with wear/damage is subject to a restocking fee based on our discretion. 

Frames purchased in-store are eligible for an exchange within 10 days with receipt. Refunds are not accepted for in-store purchases.

Online Return/Exchange Policy using
Good See Co.'s Easy Return Portal

  • 15 day return/exchange period begins the day your shipment is delivered. 
  • Any return must be in brand new, unworn condition with all of the original packaging and accessories in order to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet this condition.
  • Return label is provided for all domestic returns for a flat fee of $20 on all returns. If you prefer to ship on your own use manual return instructions below.
  • Restocking fee of 9% will be deducted from refund on all returns with an order total over $1000. 
  • Any exchanged orders that are returned will be charged a $20 return label fee per exchange.
  • Returned RX and Custom/Polarized/Tinted Lenses will only be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Any frame with wear/damage may be returned to sender or will be subject to a restocking fee based on our discretion. 
  • Returns outside of the 15 day return window will not be accepted.
  •  Products that are final sale are are non-returnable items.
  • Refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
  • For any lost or missing packages, after investigation a replacement will be provided of equal value. Lost packages are not eligible for refund.

*Please note customer is liable for any import duties/taxes on international return shipments. Returns not postmarked within 15 day return window will be held or returned to shipper at their own expense.

  • Pack eyewear in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the product - make sure the package is secure and the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
  • Do not forget to include the original packing list/receipt. If you do not have it, please include a note with your full name and order # or contact information.
  • It is optional but recommended to insure your package for safe delivery. We are not liable for any damaged/missing return shipments.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected in perfect condition, we will refund you with the price of the eyewear via the original payment method. Please note for certain orders/products restocking fee may be applied.
  • Refunds normally arrive within 7 business days of receipt. You will receive a refund e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
