The Von Arkel brand was born from the enthusiasm of two brothers, one an optician and the other a consultant in new technologies. Both share the same ambition: to provide clients with the unique experience of an eyewear distinguished by its quality, its comfort, its reliability, its durability and its timeless design.

To achieve this, Von Arkel brought together the best know-how in the fields of micro-mechanics, optics, physics and information technology. The pooling of companies renowned for their competence and quality allowed the ambition of Von Arkel eyewear to be realized in a finished product which incorporates a revolutionary hinge, derived from the world of watchmaking, ARKLIGHTTM optical lens, and the use of PVD physical process for the treatment of colours.
