The Balmain - Françoise III is the latest addition to the Françoise family, honoring Pierre Balmain's mother and her profound influence on his creative passion. Born from the House's 1945 Parisian couture heritage, the '80s-inflected oversized navigator silhouette is infused with cinematic flair—a bold, cool, and trendy reinterpretation of a timeless shape. Capturing the glamorous aesthetic of postwar film legends and haute Parisian soirées, this frame possesses an immediate, star-powered allure that exudes effortless Balmain cool. Lightweight construction ensures all-day comfort, making it ideal for optical wear. The gilded chain-detailed temple, modeled after aiguillette adornments, provides a distinctive signature—embodying the current demand for statement-making yet wearable shapes.
