The 1898 sport fishing glass represents the pinnacle of SALT. Optics innovation. Hand crafted with a lightweight Japanese titanium frame and premium glass lenses designed for exceptional clarity on the water, the 1898 delivers the ultimate in optical performance for spotting fish.
Working closely with highly accomplished anglers we addressed issues with current sport fishing eyewear and ended up with something that is adjustable to improve fit, performs better on water and is so light, you’ll forget you are wearing it.

- Removable Anti-Slip Temple Tips – Anti-slip temples that can be removed for use of a tether. Included with Dacron line to make your own tether.
- SALT. Proprietary Polarized Glass lenses offer best-in-class performance on the water.
- SALT. anti-reflective, hydrophobic, and oleophobic coatings reduce glare, repel dirt & water, and protect from harmful light rays to ensure the highest optical clarity and performance.
- Includes custom pill case, limited edition tin, cleaning cloth, Dacron line for tether and an owners card.

We stand by our frames and if you are unhappy with your frames we are happy to provide a full refund within the 15 day return and exchange window. Any return or exchange must be in brand new, unworn condition in order to qualify for a full refund. Any frame with wear/damage is subject to a restocking fee based on our discretion.
